These Standard Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, reservations, transport hires, and tour services contracted with Takrim Tourism LLC (referred to as "the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By making a booking through our website, office, or representatives, the client ("you," "the passenger," or "the customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking, Confirmation, and Billing
- Reservation Request: All online booking requests are subject to confirmation. A booking is considered binding only after a formal confirmation reference or receipt is sent to you by the Company.
- Accurate Information: The client is solely responsible for providing precise pickup/drop-off details, flight coordinates, contact numbers, and vehicle specifications. The Company is not liable for service failures resulting from inaccurate booking details.
- Currency and Payments: All rates are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) or equivalent currency. Payments must be processed in full prior to the start of the service unless credit terms have been formally agreed upon in writing.
2. Chauffeur waiting Time & Flight Delays
- Airport Pickups: The Company tracks all arrivals. We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from the official landing time. After the first 60 minutes, additional waiting time charges will apply at our standard hourly rates.
- Point-to-Point Transfers: For standard hotel, residence, or office pickups, the driver will wait for up to 15 minutes free of charge. If the passenger fails to arrive within 15 minutes, the driver may proceed to the next assignment, and the booking will be treated as a non-refundable "No-Show."

UAE law prohibits transporting luggage in the passenger cabin if it obstructs driver visibility or compromises passenger safety. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse baggage that exceeds trunk capacity.
